Mr. Kelvin Song is the Vice President of Strategic Investments, Mergers, and Acquisitions at a Singapore-listed company. With over 20 years of experience in corporates, investment banking, and accounting firms, he has led or been involved in corporate finance and restructuring activities across a wide range of industries. In his role, Mr. Song works closely with key stakeholders to evaluate, structure, and execute strategic investments, divestments, and financing transactions in both public and private markets.
Mr. Song is also an experienced educator, serving as a trainer for ISCA CPE courses and teaching the Singapore Chartered Accountant Qualification (SCAQ) programme. He has previously served as a course leader and instructor for the Finance programme at the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS).
Mr. Song holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) degree from Nanyang Technological University. He is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore (CA Singapore), a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), and a Chartered Valuer and Appraiser (CVA). Additionally, he is a member of the Institute of Valuers and Appraisers, Singapore’s (IVAS’s) Professional Development Working Group, and holds the WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) awarded by the Institute for Adult Learning (IAL).
