Learn Mandarin

Learning is charted along a progressive track from one level to the next – communication skills are developed in stages, suited to students’ respective proficiency levels. All learning objectives, along with teaching or learning materials are suitably pitched at students’ linguistic capabilities and provide language skills needed in a typical office or business setting. ​The course focus is on the General Chinese module and Business Communication Skills Modules.

The General Chinese language module encompasses the study of listening, speaking, reading skills as well as grammar and vocabulary. It aims to place students at an adequate proficiency threshold to begin receiving instruction in a more complex business environment. ​The Business Conversation skills module is designed to complement the General Chinese module, and to further develop students’ speaking skills, along with their pronunciation.
